Our latest fix and flip. We purchased a single family house that was previously converted into a duplex. The Pearl house had two units, both one bed and one bath. Both units received new a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and paint. We updated the entire electrical service with a new 200 amp service panel. Egress window was added to the downstairs bedroom.
